Our free return period is 30 days. If your order is overdue by more than 30 days, we will refuse your return as per the regulations. However, you can still contact us through this link to handle your order issues.
How to Request a Return
Follow the steps below to submit your request.
Go to Your Account
Click the Account icon in our store menu, or click the Start a Return button on this page.
Sign In With Your Email
Enter the email address used for your order. We will send you a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code to sign in — no password is required.
Select Your Order
Find the order containing the item you would like to return, then click Request return.
Provide Return Details
Select the item(s) you want to return, choose the return reason, and add any additional information in the notes section.
Submit Your Request
Submit your return request. You will receive a confirmation email, and our team will review your request.

During the review process, our customer service team may contact you
by email or phone to verify your order or request additional information.
Please check your email regularly and keep your phone available.

In case of damage to the items, you need to prepare the corresponding damaged pictures or videos in advance and send them to our email address, so that we can assist you in the review process more quickly.
