The fixed-fixture problem
The room changes. The ceiling plan changes. The light should be able to change too.
Traditional fixed-output panels force a decision before anyone sees the finished space. Then a tenant asks for warmer light, a classroom needs less output, or one part of the project needs a different setting.
Too many fixed SKUs
Different wattages and color temperatures can multiply the number of fixtures a project needs to track.
Late-stage changes
Room use and finish selections can change after fixtures have already been ordered.
Uneven final spaces
A mismatched output or color temperature becomes obvious only after the ceiling is complete.
