Discount percentages are guidelines and vary by product family. Specialty products (explosion-proof, vapor-tight, solar) have separate tier structures. All published prices are MSRP; actual contractor-program pricing is typically lower.
How the Wholesale Process Works
Submit a quote request
Use the form below or email sales@JC-LGL-led.com with: (a) the product(s) and quantities you need, (b) ship-to zip code, (c) timeline, (d) any required documentation (DLC IDs, spec sheets, photometric layout). Quotes are typically returned within 24 business hours.
Confirm the quote
Our sales team responds with a quote that includes unit price, freight, lead time and any project-specific notes (e.g., split shipments, custom packaging, branded paperwork). For first-time wholesale accounts, we'll also send a brief credit application if you'd like Net 30 terms.
Place the order
Approve the quote and choose payment (Net 30 with approved credit, wire, ACH or credit card). Orders are confirmed with an order acknowledgment listing exact ship date and tracking method.
Receive your shipment
Stock orders ship within 1–3 business days from the nearest of our three U.S. fulfillment points — Hayward, CA; Stafford, TX; — so most orders are reachable within 3 business days. LTL freight orders are scheduled with carrier and include curbside delivery; liftgate and inside delivery available on request. We notify on dispatch with carrier tracking.
Post-delivery support
Every wholesale order includes documentation appropriate to the project (DLC IDs for rebate filing, UL certificates for permit submission, spec sheets for installation, installation drawings). Replacement fixtures under the 5-year warranty ship from the nearest fulfillment location with prepaid return shipping for the defective unit.

Failures under warranty are replaced with new fixtures shipped from the nearest warehouse location, with prepaid return shipping for the defective unit. No warranty repair shop, no waiting weeks for a refurbished replacement. The 5-year coverage applies whether you're a single contractor with a 10-fixture order or a multi-site operator with 5,000 fixtures.
