To ensure a smooth processing of your replacement request for the faulty lamp, please include the following information in your email:
- Your original order number from the purchasing platform.
- Photos of the defective product, including:
- A scene photo showing the lamp in its installed/usage setup, with the fault clearly visible.
- A clear close-up photo of the lamp’s back panel, making sure the product serial number or model number is fully legible.
We appreciate your cooperation in providing these details. Once we receive the required information, we will promptly review your request and proceed with the necessary arrangements.
Upon approval of your replacement request, you can expect to receive the new lamp within 3–6 business days.
