JC-LGL's Heavy Duty LED Dock Lights (HDLED) are the latest in advanced LED lighting technology. Compared with traditional incandescent lamps, the energy consumption of HDLED can be reduced by 94%, while its lumen is equivalent to or more than 300 watts of light bulbs, and its energy consumption is only 19 watts, which is the most economical. Constructed with a fully sealed durable aluminum cast housing, the HDLED head is perfect for outdoor/indoor wet/dry or dirty conditions. With an operating range of 0° F-130 °F, this cap is ideal for cold storage and high temperature locations. The fully sealed polycarbonate lens and housing, rated IP66 for "wet place", NEMA4 ensures the performance of food warehouses, where blown out and impacted broken glass is a problem. The rugged design and near instant peak lumens after activation make this lamp a must have for any serious loading dock operation.
Benefits of lighting
JC-LGL provides a variety of lighting for the loading docks and high visibility for loading and unloading trailers. JC-LGL also provides three commonly used extender brackets to help drivers and loaders adjust the lights at any time, and the B2 bracket arm is also equipped with an extender plug to facilitate the connection of other equipment, thereby improving safety and convenience.
How much energy and money can loading dock lights save the warehouse?
On average, HDLED's 19-watt leds can operate for 60,000 hours or more, with an average lifetime power cost of $138 (based on 12 cents per kilowatt-hour). By comparison, a 300-watt PAR38 bulb will use $2,160 over the same period. A lumen equivalent to or greater than a 300-watt bulb has a difference of $2,022.
