Shipping Policy

Currently, we only offer free delivery for all orders within the United States (excluding some areas).

  1. How long does delivery take?

Estimated shipping time: 3 - 7 business days.

Estimated time for United Express delivery: 2 - 3 business days.

Other countries: 30-45 days.

(Note: Pre-sale product delivery time is based on arrival time.)

If you have any questions about the progress of your order, please contact us. Alternatively, if you already have a tracking number, feel free to check the status on the FedEx or UPS website.

We follow the following U.S. holiday calendar. Orders placed on these days are typically shipped the next business day:

  • New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day (the first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Packages may experience delays due to factors such as weather conditions, product inventory, billing, and shipping verification.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may be subject to delay.

  1. Can I change the items I ordered?

Once an order is placed, the requested items and selected quantities cannot be changed. In such cases, we recommend contacting us to cancel the incorrect order. Then, we suggest placing a new order for your preferred items on our website as soon as possible.

  1. Can I change the delivery address after my package has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in transit.

  1. What should I do if I receive products different from what I ordered?

  1. What if I receive incorrect/damaged products?

Contact us immediately and let us know if you receive a package that is not what you ordered:

Provide clear images of the items received or the item, along with the delivery note (ensure details are clearly visible). If the goods are damaged, notify our customer service within 48 hours of receipt by emailing support@jclgl-led.com. Our customer service will respond to your email within 24 hours.

  1. Where are your products shipped from?

All orders to the United States are shipped from U.S. warehouses.

All orders to Europe are shipped from warehouses in China.

  1. Do you deliver to my area?

While we strive to offer global shipping, currently, our courier services cannot deliver to:

  • American Samoa
  • Micronesia
  • Hawaii
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
