Our Returns Policy


Our team is committed to your success. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase, we accept returns for unused items in their original, uninstalled condition and original packaging within 30 days from purchase date.

How JC-LGL’s return shipping policy works

1. Our policy covers the cost of 1 return label per order. Customers are responsible for the cost of additional return labels for extra boxes.
2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for orders shipped by pallet.

Our return shipping policy allows us to offer amazing prices to our customers. We always welcome you to contact our expert Customer Success team if you need help determining the right item for your need.

3. We take full responsibility for any issues related to product quality.

Note:
All returns must happen within 30 days of the receipt of that product or jclgl-led.com has the right to refuse the return.
Guidelines for items conditional return:
∮ Please confirm the solution with customer service first, Such as return due to product problems, all costs are borne by JC-LGL. Non-product quality problems caused by the return, you need to negotiate with us return fees and other issues.
∮ Packaging material (i.e. wrapping, clam shells) must not have been destroyed or broken

∮ Please note that we randomly select logistics providers and are unable to accommodate requests for specific ones. Any delays caused by the shipping company are out of our responsibility and we can not compensate for any resulting expenses. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that arise. If the return problem is caused by the buyer's problem, the cost is borne by the buyer himself.

2. Our 5-year warranty means you can contact us for a replacement if you encounter any product issues within this period.

Note:

If your product requires replacement, please include your purchase order number in the email. Additionally, ensure you attach a photo or video showcasing the failure, with the product number visible on the back. Upon completing our review within 48 hours, we will arrange for the delivery of a new product, with all associated expenses covered by JC-LGL Lighting. We stand by our commitment to a genuine 5-year warranty, backed by 17 years of brand reputation.

 

Warranty:

Subject to the terms and conditions specified in this Limited Warranty, JC-LGL Lighting, is a business of High Bay Company, warrants that lights purchased directly from JC-LGL will be free from defects in material and workmanship until the earlier of five years from the date of manufacture, and 50,000 hours of operation.


Remedy:


- Please note that products with different warranty periods provide different warranty services and warranty time.

1. The products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, but please also ensure the integrity of the products and the return will not affect their secondary sales. The used or installed products can't be returned due to non-quality problems (dislike or no longer need). If there is any objection, please contact the seller;

2. If the malfunction or damage of the products is caused by transportation, the buyer needs to contact us and provide evidence (video & pictures) within 15 days from the date of receiving. Providing the buyer fails to do so or no longer replies to us within 15 days after contact, the buyer will be responsible for any loss.

3. If there are any quality problems over 30 days from the date of receipt, please contact JC-LGL for a warranty with photos or videos showing product problems and JC-LGL will help you solve this problem. Buyers can choose to obtain new lights, but the corresponding costs need to be borne by the buyer. Please refer to the following for the cost of obtaining new lights.


Terms and Conditions:

 

This Limited Warranty is VOID under these circumstances:
- This limited warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the product caused by: negligence; abuse; misuse; mishandling; improper installation, storage, or maintenance; damage due to fire or acts of God; vandalism; civil disturbances; failure to follow installation, operating, maintenance or environmental instructions.
- Replacement of components with those from other manufacturers.
- Operating the product outside specified electrical values or subjecting it to abnormal use/stress such as under/over voltage conditions, excessive switching cycles, and extreme environmental conditions (e.g., ambient temperature).
- Products not purchased elsewhere on our site, 
- Not the quality of the product itself, or man-made damage,

 

DISCLAIMER


Please pay attention to the working temperature of the light fixture. If the temperature exceeds the usage limit of the light fixture due to natural or man-made reasons causing damage to the light fixture, the warranty policy won't cover the loss.
In case the product is not available, JC-LGL reserves the right to replace the product with a comparable product.


HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:


JC-LG Company issues a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for all requests for warranty review. To make a warranty claim, retain the failed Products and notify your JC-LGL sales or customer service representative in writing within 15 days of the failure. After contacting JC-LGL and receiving an RMA number, the Purchaser shall promptly return the Product after receiving instructions regarding if, when, and where to ship the Product. The Product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the RMA number, and the shipping box must be clearly marked with the RMA number. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this Limited Warranty. JC-LGL reserves the right to examine all failed Products to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage and shall be the sole judge as to whether any Product is defective and covered under this Limited Warranty.
